Brandt is seeking a highly skilled Regional Service Manager Positioning Technology to lead our service operations in Surrey Construction & Forestry. This role involves managing the service department, including best-in-class after-market Machine Guidance and leading-edge Geo Positioning products.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage service workflow to ensure timely completion of work orders and meet customer expectations.
- Collaborate with regional sales teams to align customer experience and improve service delivery.
- Develop and manage the annual service department budget to achieve financial and operational goals.
- Supervise and manage service personnel, including foremen, service writers, bench technicians, and field technicians.
- Ensure occupational health and safety standards are met and minimize work-related injuries and illnesses.
- 5-7 years' progressive experience in service, management, and business, including experience in the Positioning industry or a technical product.
- Ability to travel to customer sites and troubleshoot/resolve customer issues.
- Proficiency in using work-related desktop applications and web-based productivity applications.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to communicate effectively with customers, employees, and branch personnel.
