Key Responsibilities- Design and implement scalable and high-performance services
- Set features, architecture, and best practices for the team
- Lead and mentor junior engineers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- 5+ years of programming experience with at least one software programming language
- Experience leading design or architecture of new and existing systems
- Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or leading an engineering team
- 5+ years of full software development life cycle experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
