Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at BDS Constructions Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit regular reports on project progress, including production and other relevant data.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure all site personnel adhere to health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Materials and Equipment: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed, ensuring timely delivery and availability.
  • Training and Development: Train or arrange for training of site personnel, enhancing their skills and knowledge to meet project requirements.
  • Recruitment and Staffing: Recruit and hire workers, as well as carry out related staffing actions, to meet project needs.
  • Cost Estimation: Estimate costs and materials required for projects, ensuring accurate budgeting and financial management.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
