Job Title: Senior Business Analyst for HR to Pay Stabilization

We are seeking a highly skilled Secret cleared Senior Business Analyst to support our valued public sector client in stabilizing and improving end-to-end HR to Pay processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and document requirements for HR to Pay process improvements;
  • Perform business analyses to identify areas for optimization;
  • Conduct data analysis and analytics using advanced statistical methods and artificial intelligence;
  • Evaluate existing procedures and methods to identify opportunities for improvement;
  • Develop and implement organizational improvement plans to enhance HR to Pay processes;
  • Lead and manage business systems and process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements:

  • Secret clearance;
  • Strong business analysis skills;
  • Experience with HR to Pay processes;
  • Advanced data analysis and analytics skills;
  • Ability to lead and manage business systems and process improvements.
