What will your responsibilities entail?

In this capacity, you will engage with Program Managers, the Ministry of Health Services, the British Columbia Health Care Risk Management Society, other governmental bodies, contractors, and Interior Health personnel regarding all facets of contract oversight.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Offering insights and recommendations concerning contract management and related policies;
  2. Evaluating contracts for Interior Health staff, ministries, and contractors;
  3. Coordinating and overseeing the compliance processes for all service provider contracts;
  4. Preparing and submitting applications for the Master insurance program;
  5. Establishing and maintaining the service provider contract database;
  6. Processing journal entries for contract accruals, reversals, and necessary adjustments;
  7. Generating and reconciling reports summarizing contract details;
  8. Providing training to staff on contract templates and the overall contract process, along with performing additional assigned duties.
What qualifications should you possess?
  1. Completion of secondary education;
  2. A diploma in Business or Accounting;
  3. Your resume;
  4. A cover letter outlining your availability for a new position.
