Work Schedule:
Shifts will begin at 8 PM and conclude at 8 AM the following morning, with the following rotation:

Week 1: Monday to Thursday (or Thursday to Sunday)

Week 2: Monday to Wednesday (or Friday to Sunday)

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Director of Engineering, your primary duties will include:

  • Delivering professional, friendly, and engaging service
  • Conducting regular inspections of designated areas
  • Responding to maintenance requests throughout the facility
  • Performing chemical testing for various systems
  • Participating in emergency response procedures
  • Executing scheduled preventative maintenance tasks
  • Handling minor plumbing, mechanical, and electrical repairs
  • Other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Experience in a hotel environment is advantageous
  • Graduation from a technical institution
  • Possession of a Building Operator Certificate or Maintenance Technician certification is a plus
  • Proficient in computer applications including BAS systems, Microsoft Word, and Outlook
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance and repair work
Physical Requirements:

The role involves:

  • Constant standing and walking during shifts
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and kneeling
  • Occasional use of ladders and stairs
