The ideal candidate will collaborate with a dedicated team to enhance and maintain a suite of enterprise applications that align with the strategic goals of the organization. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing regular inspections and maintenance on plumbing systems to ensure optimal performance. This involves identifying and rectifying leaks, blockages, and other issues promptly to minimize operational disruptions.
- Diagnosing plumbing issues and executing necessary repairs or replacements of damaged components, including valves, faucets, pipes, and fixtures.
- Conducting preventive maintenance on buildings, industrial systems, and equipment, including pumps and various plumbing fixtures.
- Executing pressure and leak tests to confirm the integrity and safety of plumbing systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and building codes.
- Maintaining detailed records of work completed, including installation, maintenance, and repair activities, documenting inspections, repairs, and parts utilized.
- Following safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure working environment for all personnel, including the use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to safety guidelines when handling hazardous materials or working in confined spaces.
- Supervising contractors when professional repairs are necessary.
- Identifying mechanical and plumbing issues and implementing corrective measures.
- Repairing machinery and equipment as required.
- Performing additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Completion of a plumbing apprenticeship program or vocational training in plumbing.
- Relevant experience in an industrial plumbing environment is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of industrial plumbing systems, materials, and tools.
- Strong understanding of plumbing codes and regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Willingness to work in industrial and outdoor settings, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Physical requirements include frequent lifting, carrying, bending, and reaching, with the ability to work in various environmental conditions, including confined spaces and heights.
- Shift work may be necessary.
- Must be capable of lifting up to 34kg (75lb).
