- Prepare and cook a variety of meals and individual dishes.
- Conduct inspections of kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety.
- Train kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking techniques, and safe food handling practices.
- Order necessary supplies and kitchen equipment.
- Supervise kitchen staff and assist with their development.
- Maintain accurate inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Ensure cleanliness of kitchen and work areas.
- Oversee overall kitchen operations to ensure efficiency.
Expertise in East Indian cuisine is preferred.
Work Environment- Work Term: Permanent position.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
