Job Summary

The Associate Project Manager plays a critical role in planning and overseeing the end-to-end delivery of assigned projects. This position requires a strong focus on ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project plans, including defining project scope, deliverables, and requirements.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans.
  • Oversee project team members and monitor task completion, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Communicate project status to relevant stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

  • Community college diploma in a relevant field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 1-3 years of project management experience, or 5-7 years of project coordination experience.
  • Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong communication, influence, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.
