Job Title: Truck Driver Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Truck Driver Supervisor to join our team at Kang Oilfields LTD. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising a team of truck drivers and ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of truck drivers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of driver performance, vehicle maintenance, and cargo handling.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve transportation efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the transportation industry.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
