Job SummaryWe are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to join our team in the Parry Sound area. As a nurse in our community setting, you will have the opportunity to work in a home-based environment, developing meaningful therapeutic relationships with patients and providing exceptional nursing services.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain effective care plans for patients receiving community health services
- Provide nursing services to patients in their homes, including one-on-one care and virtual consultations
- Communicate and collaborate with patients, family members, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care
- Perform other clinical duties as required

- Current College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) registration in good standing
- Valid driver's license and vehicle
