Oakridge Landscape Contractors is seeking a highly skilled Grounds Superintendent to oversee exterior commercial property maintenance in the Niagara area.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of landscape gardening industry practices and be able to manage multiple commercial sites throughout the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate grounds-keeping crews to ensure efficient and high-quality workmanship.
  • Develop and implement site-specific maintenance plans to meet client needs.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any issues or concerns.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless execution of snow removal and ice management services during winter months.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track site maintenance activities and crew performance.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Valid Driver's License and Clean Driver's Abstract.
  • Degree or diploma in Horticultural Studies, Construction, Landscape, Applied Technology, or Construction Management (an asset).
