Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple commercial sites throughout the Niagara area, ensuring efficient and high-quality workmanship.
  • Oversee multiple grounds-keeping crews, promoting a culture of excellence and safety.
  • Develop and implement effective snow removal and ice management strategies for numerous sites during winter months.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure a contractual scope of work is met, while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Make informed, timely decisions to address site-specific challenges and opportunities.
  • Ensure accurate records and reporting, utilizing MS Excel to track and analyze site data.
Requirements:
  • A degree or diploma in Horticultural Studies, Construction, Landscape, Applied Technology, or Construction Management is an asset.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Valid Driver's License and a clean Driver's Abstract are required.
