The Product Integrity Manager Role
As the Manager, Product Integrity, you will lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, enabling progressive career development and an exceptional employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish the enduring approach for Product Integrity at Aritzia.
- Ensure the integrity of Aritzia raw materials and finished goods is consistently evaluated and upheld by all testers and inspectors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure fabrics, trims, washes, and applied graphics are executed to Aritzia and regulatory standards pre, during, and post-production.

Requirements
- Proven skills, certifications, education, and/or experience in product integrity and quality management.
- A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles.
- The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners.
- A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business.
Compensation and Benefits
The typical hiring range for this position is $100,000 - $150,000 CAD per year. The final agreed-upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
