We are seeking a skilled Automotive Service Technician to join our team at Take 5 Oil Change in Cornwall. As a Lube Technician, you will be responsible for performing basic automotive maintenance tasks and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and other basic maintenance services on vehicles
  • Inspect vehicles for additional repair or maintenance needs
  • Maintain accurate records of services performed
  • Use power tools and hand tools to complete tasks efficiently
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow
  • Follow all safety protocols and guidelines

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in automotive repair or maintenance preferred
  • Basic mechanical knowledge and understanding of vehicle systems
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing
  • Familiarity with dealership procedures is a plus
