About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team at Seaway Hyundai. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional repair and maintenance services for our customers' vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Vehicle Inspection and Repair: Conduct thorough inspections of commercial transport trucks and automotive systems to identify and repair or replace faulty parts and components.
  • Diagnostic and Troubleshooting: Use advanced diagnostic tools to identify and repair complex mechanical issues with commercial transport trucks and automotive systems.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with customers to understand their needs and concerns, and by ensuring that all work is completed to their satisfaction.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure that all repairs and maintenance services are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and techniques in the automotive industry by attending training sessions and workshops.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills, strong communication and customer service skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Certifications: Valid driver's license and a criminal record check.
