Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless hotel operations.
  • Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient hotel operations.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on hotel performance and any issues that may arise.
  • Assist guests with special needs and ensure that their stay with us is comfortable and enjoyable.
  • Co-ordinate, assign and review work to ensure that tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent service to our guests.
  • Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment and machinery to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
  • Requisition materials and supplies to ensure that our hotel is well-stocked and that our guests have everything they need.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role in a hotel or motel setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure that you can effectively communicate with guests, staff and management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
