Position Overview

Salary: $137,280 to $140,400 annually (Negotiable) / 30 hours per week

Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time

Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Allocating resources effectively, including materials, personnel, and finances, to execute organizational strategies and initiatives.
  • Selecting and empowering middle management, directors, and other executive personnel, while fostering optimal working conditions.
  • Conducting comprehensive performance evaluations.
  • Establishing and overseeing financial and administrative controls, formulating and approving marketing strategies, and managing overall human resources planning.
Qualifications

Experience: A minimum of 5 years in a relevant leadership role.
