We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee the financial operations of our organization, SMS Silencers Inc.. This is a permanent position that requires a bilingual candidate, working 35 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities- Resource Allocation: Distribute material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs effectively.
- Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the creation of major departments and senior staff positions.
- Coordination: Coordinate the activities of various regions, divisions, or departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Financial Controls: Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate promotional campaigns, and approve human resources planning.
- Objective Setting: Define objectives for the organization and formulate or approve relevant policies and programs.
- Staff Selection: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegating necessary authority and creating optimal working conditions.
- Financial Oversight: Oversee the collection and analysis of financial data to inform decision-making.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to government regulations and standards.
- Financial Planning: Conduct financial calculations, including costing and budgeting, while planning short- and long-term cash flows.
This role involves supervising a team of approximately 11-15 individuals.
