Regional Director - Atlantic Canada

Your Role:

As a Regional Director, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the success of our clinics across Nova Scotia. You will be responsible for managing multifaceted aspects of our operations, including financial performance, clinical excellence, and business development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Management:
    • Ensure the overall success of clinics within your region, encompassing financial management, marketing initiatives, business development strategies, and a commitment to quality improvement.
    • Collaborate with Clinic Directors in developing annual business plans that include revenue and profit forecasts, supported by strategic analyses of competitive opportunities and effective business-building activities.
    • Establish and maintain high standards for clinic operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Clinical Excellence:
    • Promote a multidisciplinary approach to treatment, fostering collaboration among healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care.
    • Support Clinic Directors in implementing evidence-based practices and promoting continuous professional development for staff.
    • Monitor clinical outcomes and implement strategies to enhance the quality of patient care.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to Clinic Directors and their teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
    • Recruit, train, and develop high-performing staff members who are dedicated to delivering exceptional patient experiences.
    • Cultivate a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement within the region.
