Job Title: Chief Nursing Executive

Spectrum Health Care is seeking a visionary leader to drive nursing innovation and excellence across our organization. As the Chief Nursing Executive, you will set the strategic vision for nursing, positioning Spectrum Health Care as a leader in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement nursing strategies to drive positive clinical outcomes and improve patient care
  • Oversee governance and quality initiatives to ensure excellence in service delivery
  • Collaborate with the Executive Team to foster a healthy work environment and promote diversity, equity, and inclusivity
  • Drive nursing innovation and excellence through evidence-based practice and continuous improvement
Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of relevant and progressive management experience in a healthcare setting
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing and currently registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario
  • Master's degree in Nursing or Health Care/Business Administration preferred
  • Familiarity with provincial and federal privacy legislation
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Solid analytical and independent thinking skills
