Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at DFII Corp. As a key member of our culinary operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet our operational needs
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation staff, providing guidance and training as needed
  • Ensure that all food and service meet our quality control standards
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other key performance indicators
  • Collaborate with our chef to prepare food order summaries and ensure seamless kitchen operations
  • Recruit, train, and develop our food service staff to meet our business needs
Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service management role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
Work Environment

Our food service team operates in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be required to work in a noisy, wet/damp, and hot environment with frequent exposure to odours.
