We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hotel Front Desk Clerk to join our team at Redwood Inn & Suites. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay.
Responsibilities- Guest Registration: Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and ensure all necessary information is accurately recorded.
- Reservation Management: Process room reservations, cancellations, and changes in a timely and efficient manner.
- Departure Procedures: Calculate charges, receive payments, and ensure a seamless departure process for our guests.
- Inventory Management: Maintain an accurate inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
- Clerical Duties: Perform various clerical tasks, including faxing, filing, and photocopying.
- Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and provide excellent customer service to our guests.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with extended periods of standing.
- Training: Will train the successful candidate.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
