Hotel Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hotel Front Desk Clerk to join our team at Redwood Inn & Suites. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, managing room assignments, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
Key Responsibilities- Register arriving guests and assign rooms in a timely and efficient manner
- Process guest departures, calculate charges, and receive payments with accuracy and professionalism
- Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments to ensure optimal room utilization
- Perform various clerical duties, including faxing, filing, and photocopying
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages to guests and staff in a courteous and efficient manner
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods
- Will train
