Sales Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team at EssilorLuxottica Group. As a Sales Supervisor, you will play a key role in driving sales performance and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Drive Sales Performance: Achieve high levels of sales results and exceed targets by implementing effective sales strategies and techniques.
- Lead and Develop Team Members: Train and manage a team of sales associates to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Manage Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and customer service.
- Collaborate with Store Manager: Work closely with the store manager to achieve sales and profit objectives, and to develop and implement strategies to improve store performance.
- Ensure Compliance: Ensure that all staff members comply with company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Experience: At least two years of retail experience in a specialized environment, and at least one year of retail management experience.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, including verbal and written communication, and strong relationship-building skills.
- Availability: Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for almost the entire day, move around on the floor or in the warehouse, and lift up to 40 lbs.
