Pizza Maker Job Description

Eataly North America is seeking a skilled Pizza Maker to join our team. As a Pizza Maker, you will be responsible for producing high-quality, authentic Italian pizzas in accordance with our traditional recipes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare pizzas according to specific recipes and quality standards
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary food production area, adhering to Department of Health standards
  • Work towards mastering all shifts in pizza production and assist Sales Associates as needed
  • Engage with guests interested in learning about pizza production and perform other duties as required
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of experience in a back of house production position
  • Good work ethic, communication, and time management skills
  • Availability to work onsite with a flexible, open schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and exert well-paced mobility for at least 8 hours
