Key Responsibilities:
- Sell postal products and services to businesses and individuals
- Sort, distribute, and process mail and packages
- Provide customers with information and forms
- Address delivery and service issues to resolve problems quickly and efficiently
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in business administration or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to work on-call and adapt to changing schedules
