Job Title: Pest Control Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pest Control Supervisor to join our team at Icon Pest Control & Wildlife Removal Inc.

Job Summary:

The Pest Control Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our pest control team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes supervising workers, coordinating projects, and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train pest control technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Coordinate and schedule pest control services, including inspections, treatments, and follow-up visits.
  • Ensure that all pest control equipment and vehicles are properly maintained and in good working condition.
  • Monitor and report on pest control activities, including customer satisfaction and any issues or concerns.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure that pest control services are aligned with company goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Recruit, train, and develop pest control technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of pest control activities, including customer information, treatment details, and follow-up visits.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in pest control, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
  • Proven track record of successfully supervising and training pest control technicians.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
