We are a leading pest control and wildlife removal company seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pest Control Supervisor to join our team.

Job Summary

The Pest Control Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our pest control services, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Pest Control Services
    • Oversee the work of pest control technicians and ensure that all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
    • Coordinate and schedule pest control services to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Manage Operations and Logistics
    • Manage the inventory of pest control equipment and supplies.
    • Coordinate the maintenance and repair of company vehicles.
  • Train and Develop Staff
    • Provide training and guidance to pest control technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
    • Develop and implement training programs to improve staff performance and productivity.
  • Ensure Health and Safety
    • Ensure that all pest control services are conducted in accordance with health and safety regulations.
    • Conduct regular safety inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
  • Monitor and Report Performance
    • Monitor the performance of pest control technicians and provide feedback and coaching to improve performance.
    • Prepare and submit regular reports to management on the performance of pest control services.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. pest management, environmental science, biology).
  • Experience
    • 5 years or more of experience in pest control or a related field.
  • Skills
    • Strong leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
