RhynoCare is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Care to lead our nursing program in London, Ontario. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality care to our residents and ensuring the success of our nursing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Management: Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the nursing team, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and support to deliver exceptional care.
- Care Planning and Coordination: Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of our residents.
