About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Information Systems Business Analyst to join our team at Global IT Solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing business solutions that drive innovation and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Analysis: Confer with clients to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
  • System Design and Development: Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions using agile methodologies.
  • Strategy and Policy: Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Security and Risk Management: Develop policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches and ensure data integrity.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct tests to ensure quality and detect defects in business solutions.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in agile methodologies, Workday, spreadsheet software, MS Office, MS Windows, SQL, MS Outlook, and MS SQL Server.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, and attention to detail.
Work Environment

As a member of our team, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to sit for extended periods and work independently.
