About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and client-focused individual to join our team as a Bar Attendant at DESI BAR & GRILL LTD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of our cocktail lounge or bar, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including washing glassware and ensuring a hygienic environment.
  • Wine and Beverage Expertise: Provide expert advice on wine selection to our patrons, enhancing their dining experience.
  • Inventory Management: Order and manage bar stock, maintaining accurate inventory and control.
  • Customer Service: Take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons, ensuring prompt and courteous service.
  • Security and Safety: Meet the requirements for bondability, ensuring a secure working environment.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and maintain a high level of organization and initiative.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Collaborate with colleagues as a team player, demonstrating excellent client focus and initiative.
  • Government Programs: Recognize and comply with government programs, including work terms and language requirements.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
