Job Title: Bar Attendant

We are seeking a skilled Bar Attendant to join our team at DESI BAR & GRILL LTD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and manage the daily operations of our cocktail lounge or bar, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.
  • Clean and maintain the bar area, including washing glassware and ensuring a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
  • Provide expert advice on wine selection to customers, enhancing their dining experience.
  • Store and manage beverage and food products, maintaining inventory and controlling stock levels.
  • Order and manage bar stock, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing waste.
  • Take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons, providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
  • Bondable and reliable, with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
  • Organized and able to multitask, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of beverage operations and customer service.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Fluency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
