Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion in the civil construction sector.
  • Lead a team of experienced project managers, superintendents, and estimators to deliver complex construction projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely completion and profitability.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to ensure long-term business success.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and competitiveness.

Requirements:
