Civil Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer to join our team at Sultan Construction Ltd. As a Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, ensuring they meet building codes and regulations, and coordinating with clients and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Supervision: Act as project or site supervisor for land survey or construction work, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Client Communication: Confer with clients and other members of the engineering team to determine project requirements and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Construction Planning: Develop construction specifications and procedures, ensuring they meet guidelines and specifications of building codes and other regulations.
  • Scheduling: Establish and monitor construction work schedules, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Material Evaluation: Evaluate and recommend appropriate building and construction materials, ensuring they meet project requirements.
  • Contract Management: Prepare contract documents and review and evaluate tenders for construction projects.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in construction project management or related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
