**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Department Manager to join our team at Atmosphere Ltd. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and driving business growth in our apparel and merchandising department.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement daily sales and game plans to drive business growth and meet sales targets
  • Build and manage a high-performing team of sales associates, providing coaching and development opportunities to improve performance and achieve sales goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform merchandising and sales strategies
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers

**Requirements:**

  • Proven track record of business growth and sales success in a retail environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in coaching and developing sales associates
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and make informed business decisions
