At Tullamore Community, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Director of Care to lead our clinical team in providing exceptional care to our residents. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services that meet the unique needs of each resident.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of clinical professionals to provide nursing duties and ensure clinical excellence at all levels in the care community.
- Monitor and ensure clinical care processes are delivered according to individual plans of care for residents.
- Implement and monitor key clinical programs, such as falls prevention, skin and wound care, continence care, and pain management.
- Coordinate and implement performance metrics for care processes, including RAI MDS Program, Nursing Rehab, and Restorative Care.
- Current registration and good standing with the College of Nurses.
- Minimum 1 year experience working as a Registered Nurse in Long Term Care.
- Minimum 2-3 years experience working as a Registered Nurse in a managerial or supervisory capacity in a healthcare setting.
