Job Title: Visual Merchandiser

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Merchandiser to join our team at Loblaw Companies Ltd - Head Office. As a Visual Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating a dynamic apparel shopping environment in multiple grocery store locations that is reflective of Joe Fresh brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the execution of merchandising directives and standards in store, ensuring overall clarity of offer with each delivery.
  • Work with the Store Assistant Manager and Apparel Department Manager to establish guidelines, provide training, and ensure product presentation standards are met.
  • Coach and train Apparel colleagues on elevating merchandising standards.
  • Validate marketing and identify opportunities to enhance product.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years minimum in-store working experience as a visual merchandiser for an apparel brand.
  • 1-3 years of supervisory experience.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule with occasional travel to meet the needs of the business.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
  • Knowledge of trends and colours, follows fashion.
  • Strong understanding of visual merchandising theory.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and organization skills.
