Workforce Planning Analyst

At CEI Fleet Collision and Safety, we're redefining the fleet management industry to be people-first, then business. We're looking for a skilled Workforce Planning Analyst to join our team and help us deliver an exceptional client experience.
About the Role
We're seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to analyze data, identify gaps, and develop strategies to improve workforce planning. As a Workforce Planning Analyst, you'll use your analytical skills to model workforce capacity requirements, compare forecasted to actual results, and adjust the model as necessary.
Key Responsibilities
- Use volume forecasts and productivity analysis to model workforce capacity requirements for back-office operations.
- Assist in productivity analysis and development of tools for area managers to track productivity of internal and 3rd-party workforce.
- Identify and recommend opportunities to share resources across teams based on common skill requirements.
- Assist manager with projects and other duties as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent business experience.
- 3-5 years' business experience.
- 3-5 years' Contact Center and/or Back Office forecasting & scheduling experience.
- Demonstrated Excel and data analysis background.
- Highly organized and efficient, ability to communicate via multiple channels.
- Strong competency in MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel and Power Query.
- Familiarity with Power BI a plus.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively independently and within a team.
- Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills to gain agreements.
