**Job Summary**

St. Boniface Hospital is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Practice Nurse. In this role, you will provide professional nursing services to patients with complex and unpredictable health needs.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide independent nursing services to patients, including administration of prescribed medical treatments and coordination of patient care and discharge.
  • Lead the healthcare team in providing high-quality patient care and make decisions that promote patient safety and well-being.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.

**Requirements**

  • Graduate of an approved Registered Nursing education program.
  • Current CRNM registration.
  • Active participation in professional associations, such as the Association of Registered Nurses of Manitoba (ARNM), is preferred.
  • Annual BLS Level C Registration/Re-Registration is required.
  • Successful completion of the Advanced Assessment Course is required.

**Preferred Qualifications**

  • Scope of practice as documented in the Regulated Health Professions Act (RHPA).
  • Experience in acute Cardiology or Cardiac Surgery and/or acute Medical/Surgical and/or Emergency Nursing is preferred.
