Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Provide guidance and support to project managers, ensuring they have the necessary resources and expertise to succeed.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including site superintendents, engineers, and architects, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting, including project status updates and financial reports.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring the delivery of high-quality projects that meet our clients' expectations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of project management experience in the construction industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an asset.
