The **Senior Associate in Business Valuations** will be an integral part of a specialized team comprising Partners and Managers, focusing on the Business Valuation and Litigation Support sectors. This role involves engaging in a diverse range of assignments, which include analyzing, researching, identifying challenges, and delivering solutions to intricate financial issues.
Key Responsibilities- Support the planning of engagements by identifying critical issues and methodologies.
- Contribute to the development of reports for business valuations, damage assessments, and forensic accounting inquiries.
- Examine and interpret information to substantiate technical conclusions.
- Draft requests for document production.
- Evaluate financial statements and related documents.
- Create financial analyses and models.
- Conduct thorough research for report preparation.
- Engage with clients through correspondence and follow-up communications.
- Collaborate with team members to devise suitable strategies for each engagement and provide regular updates on file status.
- A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in business valuations.
- Active enrollment in the Chartered Business Valuator program.
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Business.
- Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting financial and legal documents.
- Demonstrated skills in project management.
