Responsibilities


• Conduct site inspections and deficiency walks to ensure quality and safety standards.

• Coordinate and supervise sub-trade work to ensure timely completion and quality results.

• Track site progress and deficiencies to identify areas for improvement.

• Verify site conditions, drawings, and quality assurance reviews to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.

• Coordinate, mark up, and update drawings to reflect changes and updates.

• Coordinate work-specific scope, trades, and tracking progress photos to ensure accurate documentation.

• Conduct trade quote reviews to verify material quantities, hours, and rates.

• Input and update deficiency logs to track and resolve issues.

• Perform quantity take-offs and participate in project meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

• Produce as-built drawings and maintain record keeping to ensure accurate documentation and compliance.

Qualifications


• Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in a civil engineering-related field.

• Bilingual in English and French (written and spoken).

• Eligible for Government security clearance (Basic Reliability).

• Passionate about working in a construction environment and committed to delivering high-quality results.

• Proficient in various computer software programs, including word processing, spreadsheet applications, and drafting.

• Self-motivated with a hands-on approach and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Prior field construction experience is considered an asset.
