Responsibilities


• Conduct site inspections and identify areas for improvement.

• Collaborate with sub-trade teams to ensure smooth project execution.

• Track project progress and identify potential issues.

• Verify site conditions and ensure compliance with quality standards.

• Update project drawings and coordinate with stakeholders.

• Coordinate trade activities and track progress photos.

• Review trade quotes and verify material quantities and rates.

• Maintain deficiency logs and update records.

• Participate in project meetings and contribute to decision-making processes.

• Produce as-built drawings and maintain record-keeping.

Qualifications


• Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in a civil engineering-related field.

• Bilingual in English and French (or proficiency in other languages).

• Eligible for Government security clearance (Basic Reliability).

• Passionate about working in a construction environment and committed to delivering high-quality results.

• Proficient in various computer software programs, including word processing, spreadsheet applications, and drafting.

• Self-motivated with a hands-on approach and ability to work independently.

• Prior field construction experience is considered an asset.
