Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service to an established book of business.
  • Develop new business opportunities and participate in up-sell and cross-sell initiatives.
  • Handle day-to-day client servicing and perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Location and Employment Status:

  • Full-time, permanent position.
  • Compensation is performance-based, recognizing individual, team, and company achievements.
  • The typical hiring range for this position is from $75,000 CAD annually, with variations based on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred Level 2 Insurance License.
  • 3-5 years of prior experience in Personal Insurance.
  • Progress towards CAIB or CIP designation is an asset.
  • Strong competitive nature and career ambition.
  • Solid business acumen; post-secondary business education is beneficial.
  • Proven customer service excellence in previous roles.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of personal insurance products.
