Job Title: Supply Chain Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Supervisor to join our team at Great Grace Trading Canada Ltd.

Job Summary

The Supply Chain Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the operational logistics of our organization, including planning, organizing, and coordinating tasks to ensure efficient and effective supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement specific plans to prioritize tasks and optimize supply chain operations
  • Organize and assign work to team members, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects
  • Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including inventory management and procurement
  • Train and develop staff in duties and policies, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively
  • Coordinate and review work, ensuring high-quality results and meeting deadlines
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as supply chain management, logistics, or business administration
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supply chain or logistics role
  • Equivalent experience may be considered
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Work Setting
