We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Proper Care Services Inc. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our HR department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events.
  • Coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals.
  • Direct and control daily operations, including supervising staff and evaluating daily operations.
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling appointments and managing contracts.
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
  • Oversee the analysis of employee data and information.
  • Answer electronic enquiries and provide customer service.
  • Perform data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks.

Requirements:
