Job Title: Business Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Consultant to join our team at The Gear Centre. As a Business Consultant, you will be responsible for analyzing and providing advice on managerial methods and organization of an establishment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and provide advice on managerial methods and organization of an establishment
  • Conduct quality audits
  • Conduct research to determine efficiency and effectiveness of managerial policies and programs
  • Propose improvements to methods, systems, and procedures
  • Plan the re-organization of operations
  • Provide customer service
  • Train staff
  • Oversee development of communication strategies
  • Manage knowledge
  • Coaching
  • Direct and advise staff in the development and implementation of service quality assessment strategies
  • Consult with suppliers
  • Assist in developing inventories
Requirements:
  • MS Word
  • MS Excel
  • Inventory control software
  • MS Outlook

  • Enterprise resource planning (ERP) software
Work Environment:

The ideal candidate will have experience in project coordination, operations or production, and the automobile and trucking industry. They will also have expertise in business management, process improvement, risk management, organizational analysis, operations management, market research, and project management.
