Position Overview:

  • Support Supervisors and Senior Personnel in organizing and managing project activities for designated assignments.
  • Execute Project Management methodologies for phase-gating, integration, scope, scheduling, budgeting, change management, communication, reporting, and risk assessment.
  • Oversee engineering, procurement, and construction phases of projects, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, budgetary, and timeline objectives.
  • Develop Business Case Proposals for project endorsement and fund allocation to upper management.
  • Engage with stakeholders, regulatory entities, and agencies while managing project financials and timelines.
  • Address challenges to guarantee project goals are met and modifications are handled per established protocols.
  • Maintain awareness of construction practices, budgeting, estimation, and scheduling methodologies.

Required Qualifications: Education

  • Proficiency in physics, engineering concepts, mathematics, chemistry, economics, and business fundamentals.
  • Comprehension of project management concepts and completion of relevant training.
  • Strong English communication abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in a pertinent field or equivalent educational background.

Experience

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in project management.
  • Familiarity with project specifications, cost estimation, contract bidding, project execution, and closure phases.
  • Knowledge of commercial contracting practices, construction techniques, quality assurance, health, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent organizational skills and capability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Ability to oversee projects of increasing complexity.
