About the Job:

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Opportunity:

  • As a key member of our surgical team, you will provide high-quality patient care in an operating room environment, performing a variety of surgical interventions.
  • You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective surgical outcomes, adhering to established standards and protocols.
  • Responsibilities will include pre-operative, operative, and post-operative activities, such as assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting patient care, as well as providing support to patients and their families.


About this Opportunity:

VJH is a regional care facility with five integrated operating theatres, offering a range of services, including general surgery, urology, gynecology, ENT, dental, and orthopedics. Our state-of-the-art facilities feature a Pre-Surgical Screening area, monitored Recovery Bays, and a Medical Device Reprocessing area. We utilize a case cart delivery system and Vocera as a communication tool, with perioperative records online and the Alex Gold instrument tracking system in place.
